Akshay Chhabra

Akshay Chhabra serves as the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of 1Point1 Solutions, a publicly listed leader in Business Process Management and Customer Experience strategy. Envisaging the early use of AI, he invested in building an AI-first company ahead of time and established ResolX, the AI-first CX arm under his subsidiary company 1Point1 Technology Labs Pvt. Ltd. He is a first-generation entrepreneur with over two decades of industry experience and has led the transformation of a modest startup into a technology-led global business services provider. His leadership was pivotal in transitioning the organisation from a private partnership into a publicly listed entity.

Akshay began his career as an engineer with a specific goal to identify gaps in the traditional outsourcing market. He envisioned a model built on cognitive culture where technology and human intelligence converge to solve complex business problems. As the architect of the company’s strategic roadmap, he has steered 1Point1 beyond traditional services into high-value verticals, including banking, financial services, consumer durables, retail, and e-commerce.
